Overview

Project Slayers 2 spreads its content across villages, forests, coastline, snowfields and hidden caves. Each place has one clear role, whether that is selling supplies, hosting a quest giver or guarding a boss arena. This index pairs with the world map tour so you know what to expect before arriving.

Named Regions:12+
Breathing Trainers:8 styles
Quest NPCs:Krue, Tom, Mitsu, Rika, Levi
Boss Arenas:Bamboo Grove, Mistfall Harbor, Final Selection Plains
Currency:Wen
Level Cap:255

Seeing the Regions in Practice

Location guides are easiest to follow when you can see the approach. The video walks through the main regions and shows where the roads, cliffs and hidden entrances sit, which helps you link the mid-game village to the later dungeon approach.

What Each Location Gives You

Villages are your service hubs. Nomay Village handles a mid-game quest stretch around levels 50 to 80, while port and coastal settlements cover the rest of the shopping. Rika's Bandages cost 25 Wen, which makes cheap healing the single best purchase before a long route.

Forest and coast regions carry the combat content. Bamboo Grove hides Demon Horn farms and several encounters, and the harbor route leads to the Flame trainer's hut past the Rengu boss area. Expect to fight between every landmark rather than walking freely.

Some content is genuinely hidden. Dreamfall Hollow sits beyond Mistfall Harbor behind an underground entrance, an underwater cave rewards curious swimmers, and Akaza waits on the Windy Peak cliffs behind a concealed wall. Bring mid-game gear before poking at dead ends.

Location Services Cheat Sheet

Use this table when you are deciding where to spend a session. Services are spread thinly on purpose, so a village visit usually means banking quests, restocking and repairing before you head back out toward named encounters and material farms.

The medic at Butterfly Mansion is the only dedicated healer listed in most route guides, so plan around it if you are pushing a hard chain. The breathing trainer routes also start from these landmarks rather than from one central hub.

LocationWhat it offers
Nomay VillageMid-game village for Tyrone's level 50 to 80 quests and the bandit boss chest
Bamboo GroveMid-level demons, boss fights and Demon Horn farming
Hidden Mist VillageNamed encounters and the quest that opens the dungeon
Mistfall HarborPort shops, the harbor boss route and the Flame trainer hut
Iceveil ValleyHigh demons, snowy routes and the Sound trainer ledge
Butterfly MansionMedic NPC and the Insect trainer at the exterior wall
Final Selection PlainsMilestone quest chain ending with the Hand Demon
Dreamfall HollowHidden underground entrance beyond Mistfall Harbor
Services do not follow you into the wild. Buy consumables before every long route, because the walk back to a vendor is often longer than the fight itself.

Landmark Roles

Landmarks fall into a few clear roles once you know the pattern. Vendors keep you stocked, trainers teach a breathing style, quest givers push the story forward and arenas hold the fights that drop weapons. Reading a new area takes seconds when you classify it this way.

Boss arenas are the reason most routes exist. Saneri sits north of Nomay Village, Rengu guards the harbor path, Enmu hides in Dreamfall Hollow and the Hand Demon closes the Final Selection chain. Plan weapons around those five percent drops.

Vendors

Sell consumables and gear, including the cheap Bandages you want before a long route.

Breathing Trainers

Eight styles taught at scattered mansions, huts, ledges and cliffs.

Quest Givers

Krue, Tom, Mitsu, Rika and the rest of the named roster drive progression.

Boss Arenas

Saneri, Rengu, Enmu, Akaza and the Hand Demon anchor the map.

Support NPCs

The Butterfly Mansion medic keeps long quest chains and dungeon attempts alive.

Trainer locations are the most common search topic and the easiest thing to walk past. Look above the main path before assuming a style is locked behind progress.

Finding a Location Quickly

Most players lose time by searching blind. Start from a hub, open the quest log for a marker, then follow the road that matches the region's difficulty band. The quests guide lists givers in route order, which turns guesswork into a checklist.

1

Start from the nearest hub

Villages and port towns are the only places with reliable shops, so resupply first and treat everything else as a one-way trip.

2

Check the quest log first

An active marker usually points at the right road. If nothing shows, the objective may need a different time of day or a hidden entrance.

3

Match the region to your level

Southern areas forgive mistakes while the coast and snow punish them. Move on when your current quest giver stops paying useful experience.

4

Bring the right movement skill

Wall Climb opens cliffs, ledges and the dungeon approach. Without it, several trainers and boss arenas are simply out of reach.

If a marker sends you somewhere you cannot survive yet, bank the quest and finish a level bracket first. Markers do not warn you about difficulty.

Named NPCs and Their Regions

The quest roster stays consistent across regions. Krue, Tom, Mitsu, Rika, The Sisters, Rem, Vael, Klien, Mizuto, Lavato, Levi and Steve all hand out objectives at some point, and each one ties to a specific area or level bracket. Check the quest order before hunting them down.

Named boss encounters are destinations in their own right. Zentaro doubles as the Thunder trainer, Saneri drops the Wind Katana, and Rengu guards the harbor road. Treat each one as a trip with its own approach route and drop table.

  • Krue and Tom, the opening quest chain
  • Mitsu, one of the higher-level quest givers
  • Rika, the vendor selling Bandages for 25 Wen
  • The Sisters, tied to early quest objectives
  • Rem, Vael and Klien, story objectives
  • Mizuto, Lavato, Levi and Steve, later quest givers
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find the breathing trainers?

Insect stands beside the Butterfly Mansion exterior wall, Flame waits in a small house beyond the Rengu boss area on the harbor route, and Sound sits on a high cliff ledge in Iceveil Valley.

Which location should I visit first?

Windy Peak. It hosts the opening quest givers and covers levels 1 to 12, and the route continues from there into Bamboo Grove and Mistfall Harbor before Nomay Village enters the picture.

Is there a medic NPC anywhere?

Yes. Butterfly Mansion has a medic NPC, which is why many players detour there between long quest chains or before attempting a tougher boss route on the harbor side.

Where is the hidden underground entrance?

Dreamfall Hollow sits beyond Mistfall Harbor and is reached through a hidden underground entrance. That route leads toward Enmu, so bring Wall Climb and plenty of healing.

Does the map have secret areas?

Yes. An underwater cave rewards players who swim past the obvious shoreline, and Akaza waits behind a concealed wall on the Windy Peak cliffs. Both are easy to walk past completely.

Which bosses drop weapons?

Saneri drops the Wind Katana, Rengu drops the Flame Katana, Zentaro drops the Thunder Katana and Obari drops the Serpent Katana, each at five percent according to community data.

Do I need a mount to reach locations?

No, but mounts help on long open routes. Wall Climb matters far more, because several trainers, boss arenas and the dungeon approach sit above the normal walking paths.
